What happens when I book a coaching session?

Step 1

Ready to start?

Think you’re ready but not quite sure?  All coaching sessions start with you taking the first step and asking for help.  When you first make an enquiry via the contact form, or booking in a chat, you’ll be asked some questions to get to know you and how I can help.  There’s no obligation at this stage – it’s a time to get to know each other and if we’re a good fit for each other before we go further.

Step 2

Getting to know you

Once you’re ready to go ahead, you’ll pay for your session, book in a time that suits us both, and fill out a briefing form. The questions on the form will help you to understand your brand and brand voice and will help me get to know you and how I can help.

Step 3

Homework and preparation

You’ll get some homework to complete before our session which will help you start thinking of your goals, challenges and what you want to get out of your coaching.

Step 4

Coaching Session

On the day of each session, we’ll meet at the arranged time via Zoom.  If possible, leave some time free after the session in case we go over, or you want to write down all your ideas and inspiration while it’s fresh.

Step 5

After your session

I’ll be in touch after your session to send through any notes I took, check in on your progress and make sure you’re 100% happy with how it went.  If you’re having a package of sessions, we’ll be meeting regularly to keep you on track.

How do I know if I need a brand voice coach?

If you’re struggling to write content for your brand, feeling like you’re just blending into the crowd or can’t clearly explain what you offer to people, you may need a Brand Voice Coach.  They can help you with getting clear on who you are, what you bring to your clients, how you’re different from your competitors, and what unique stories you can use to sell your services.

What's the ROI on coaching? Do you guarantee results?

Like any coaching, the results will come when you put in the hard work.  While a strong brand voice can lead to increased engagement and customer loyalty, it is not a guarantee of increased sales or revenue. But with a clear and consistent brand voice, your brand will be better equipped to connect with your target audience and drive sales. Coaching sessions are non-refundable, but I want you to be happy, so if there are any concerns about your session, please reach out.

How do I know how many sessions I need?

The number of sessions you need will vary, depending on you brand voice goals.  If you’ve had a go at your own Brand Voice and just want some feedback and support, a one-off session might be enough.  If you’re keen to get the basics and don’t need a strategy and content plan, then three sessions should give you enough support.  If you want support to write your full Brand Voice and Strategy, then 6 sessions will be needed to cover everything.  If you’re not sure, book in a chat and we’ll work it out.
